Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a reasonable timeframe. However, all delivery timelines provided on our website are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, government restrictions, or high demand periods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners. Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier service.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order. We shall not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any obligation of re-delivery.
In cases where an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner but not received by the customer, it shall be the customer’s responsibility to raise the issue within 48 hours. We will assist in raising a complaint with the courier, but we do not guarantee resolution or refund in such cases.
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery attempts, if applicable.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
All requests for returns, refunds, or replacements are subject to our review and approval.
We offer returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

- The wrong product has been delivered
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide valid proof, including clear photos or videos of the issue.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. We reserve the right to reject any request if the product appears used, altered, or not in its original condition.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Delays in delivery caused by external factors
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
