Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ezvian, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed or shipped, whichever occurs earlier.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Ezvian reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transaction
  • Any unforeseen operational or technical issue

In case of cancellation by Ezvian after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged at the time of delivery
  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended
  • An incorrect product has been delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Customers are required to provide clear and unedited proof of the issue, including photos and/or videos showing the product condition at the time of unboxing.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items received.

Ezvian reserves the right to inspect and verify the returned product before approving any return, replacement, or refund request.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor variations in color, design, size, or appearance that do not affect product functionality
  • Delay in delivery caused by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods
  • Incorrect product selection or order placed by the customer
  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase

Requests that do not meet our return eligibility criteria may be rejected at our sole discretion.

 

Refunds and Replacements

Once a return request is received and approved after verification, we may offer a replacement or refund based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

In most cases, we prioritize providing a replacement product rather than issuing a refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Ezvian reserves the right to deduct reasonable handling or logistics charges in cases where returns are accepted as an exception.

If a replacement is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the request does not meet our policy conditions or appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious.
