At Ezvian, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This policy outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery timelines, and responsibilities.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the customer’s location.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors such as courier availability, location accessibility, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

We do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Charges and Tracking

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional offers, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details to receive tracking updates.

 

Delivery Issues and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order. Ezvian shall not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be cancelled without any obligation for re-delivery or refund.

Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. While we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues, we do not guarantee resolution in cases where the courier marks the order as successfully delivered.

In case a customer claims that the order was not received despite being marked as delivered, the issue must be reported within 48 hours. We will initiate an inquiry with the courier partner, but Ezvian shall not be held liable for losses in such cases.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts, if applicable.
